Refund policy

Because every piece is custom-made to your chosen fabric, colour and size, we don't accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size or colour choice. Please check measurements and fabric choices carefully before you order. Deposits and payments are non-refundable once production has started.

Please inspect your order on delivery and report any damage or manufacturing defects to info@santorinistore.co.za within 48 hours, with photos. If we confirm a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace the item at our discretion. Normal wear and tear, misuse, sun or water damage, pet damage and incorrect cleaning aren't covered.

This policy doesn't limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
